From our series of complementary equipment for subsequent sausage processes, or the meat grinding process itself, we present our IDR meat mixer mill. Made up of resistant stainless steel alloys, it has a 52 sieve, independent motors, and analog control. Both the worm, nut, barrel and blade are made entirely of stainless steel. It has a sensor on the door. For greater cleaning it works under a removable system, and in order to favor the easy change of spare parts, the sieves and blades are totally commercial.
