Our IDR mixers allow an enveloping and dispersant mixing for the production of meat products. Its strategic design allows to obtain completely homogeneous pieces between different types of meat. Made of 100% stainless steel, it is totally resistant to corrosive agents and humidity. Mixing by means of a stainless steel coil allows any element inside the tub to be mixed. That is why thinking of our clients and the different needs of the industry, we have developed the same product in different capacities. Eligible between 100, 200, 300 and 500 kilos.
It is also necessary to add that we have two versions of this model of mixers. The first incorporates the most basic functions such as on and off. While the second, the Complex model also has processing time control, speed regulator, reverse, start, and stop. Both being able to be manufactured in the different capacities already mentioned. Even so, both have characteristics in common, among which we can highlight the following:
