The high vacuum packaging allows to extend the shelf life of meat while reducing the volume of the contents and packages. Using the IDR single and double chamber packers, you'll achieve clean and fast packaging and sealing processes. Thus limiting the growth of aerobic bacteria and suppressing most of the harmful bacteria responsible for the decomposition process. Its manufacture in stainless steel, favors cleaning at all times. The difference between the two would naturally be the dimensions and packing capacity with respect to the size of the meat pieces.
